A mommy makeover is a set of cosmetic procedures that restore the body after pregnancy and breastfeeding. It usually combines a tummy tuck, a breast lift or augmentation, and liposuction. ## Why do women choose a mommy makeover?

## When is the right time for a mommy makeover?

It is best to wait until you have finished having children, your weight has been stable for some months, and at least 6 months have passed since you stopped breastfeeding. A future pregnancy can stretch the skin and muscles again.


## One surgery or in stages?

The procedures can be combined in one surgery or spread over two or more operations. Combining them means one anaesthesia and one recovery. Staging keeps each operation shorter. Dr Sreekar advises which is safer for you, based on your health and the procedures chosen.
