# Lipo 360 (360° Liposuction) in Bangalore

Lipo 360 is liposuction all round the midsection: the front and sides of the abdomen, the flanks (love handles) and the back. It slims the waist from every angle rather than just the front. ## What does Lipo 360 treat?

- Abdomen (front and sides)
- Flanks and love handles
- Hip rolls
- Mid back and lower back, including bra-line fat
- The triangle above the buttocks (presacral area)
- Pubic mound (mons pubis)

Treating all of these together gives a smaller waist and a smooth line from front to back. Many people aim for a waist about one third narrower than the hips.


## Lipo 360 with fat transfer (BBL)

## Recovery after Lipo 360

Recovery follows the usual liposuction pattern:

- **First 48 hours:** swelling, bruising and soreness.
- **3–4 days:** back to desk work.
- **1–2 weeks:** back to your normal routine.
- **At least 6 weeks:** wear your compression garment.
- **1–4 months:** final shape, as swelling settles.

If you also have fat transfer to the buttocks, you will need to avoid sitting directly on them for some weeks.


## Frequently asked questions

### What is the difference between Lipo 360 and regular liposuction?

Regular liposuction often treats only one area, such as the tummy. Lipo 360 treats the whole midsection, front, sides and back, in one surgery, for a smoother, more even result.

### Is Lipo 360 the same as a BBL?

No. Lipo 360 removes fat from the waist and back. A BBL injects fat into the buttocks. They are often done together, because Lipo 360 provides the fat for the BBL.

### How long is the recovery after Lipo 360?

Most people return to desk work in 3–4 days and to normal routines in 1–2 weeks. Final results show after 1–4 months.
