Arm liposuction removes stubborn fat from the upper arms for slimmer, better-proportioned arms. It is one of the most common liposuction procedures among Indian patients. Who is arm liposuction for?
- Women who avoid sleeveless clothes because of arm fat

- People who want their arms in proportion with the rest of their body
If you have a lot of loose skin, for example after major weight loss or bariatric surgery, liposuction alone may leave the skin hanging. In that case, an arm lift (brachioplasty) is the better choice.
Recovery after arm liposuction
Recovery follows the usual liposuction pattern: swelling and soreness for the first 48 hours, desk work in 2–4 days, normal routine in 1–2 weeks, and a final result after 1–4 months. Wear your compression garment as advised.
